Requisitos: Requirements -You must have at least 2 years previous experience of supporting a HR department. -Sound knowledge of Spanish employment law, income tax, social security, benefit-in-kind. -Fluency in both written and spoken Spanish and English is essential -Excellent IT skills with excel skills including vlookup and pivot tables -Good presentation and communication skills A plus -Knowledge of US Employment law, benefits and payroll taxes -IT skills to implement a new intranet (you will be pivotal in the decision and implementation) & integrate with the current HR platform -Masters degree in Human Resources Attitude & disposition -Sense of ownership and accountability (fully responsibility of the assigned tasks). -Attention to details and analytical approach (accuracy to minimize errors, analyze problems and mitigate risks) -Well organized (multi-tasking and strict deadlines) -Pro-activity and self-initiative (design, propose and implement solutions independently
