Requisitos: - IT Education: CFGM, CFGS, Engineering Degree - Experience minimum 1-3 years working in a similar role - Fluent English is a must - Experience with Windows 7 and Mac OSX - Good knowledge in Windows 7, BES, Airwatch, WSUS, Imaging Server experience and level one/two help desk with Windows Server, Active Directory, Exchange 2010, Citrix Xenapp, Microsoft Office - First line support knowledge of IP Telephony including basic provisioning and troubleshooting. - First/second line support knowledge of wired and wireless networks including patching, installing and maintaining network devices and basic network configurations for Desktops, Laptops, Smartphones and Printers. - Hands on ability to fix hardware issues
