Requisitos: - University Degree related to HR - Excellent English knowledge; able to express oneself comfortably and spontaneously in writing; interaction in English will be daily; - Previous Experience as Recruiter, at least 3-4 years of experience. Experience in IT/Technology industry would be a plus. - Able to find the best staffing tools to hire as many good candidates as possible in an international field. - Ability to handle multiple requisitions at once, with excellent time management and prioritization skills for shifting priorities while retaining control of high volume recruitment processes. - Strong written and verbal communication skills and attention to detail. - Previous experience managing dynamic groups. - Advanced MS Office skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) - Strong analytical skills - Knowledge and appreciation of video game industry.
