Requisitos: Requirements: Academic: -Bachelor Degree in Labour Relations or similar -Master Degree in RRHH is a plus Work experience: -At least 2 years previous experience in HR department. -Deep knowledge and experience of Spanish employment law, income tax, social security, benefit-in-kind. -Knowledge of US or UK Employment law, benefits and payroll taxes is a plus Languages: -Fluency in both written and spoken Spanish and English is a must. Professional Skills: -Excellent Excel skills( vlookup and pivot tables) -Good presentation and communication skills -Advanced IT skills to implement an improved intranet & HR platform is a plus Personal skills: -Pro-activity and self-initiative -Attention to details and analytical approach -Well organized -Multi-tasking
