Requisitos: Requirements -English compulsory at good level, specially written skills to communicate via email -Any other European language will be a plus -Very high Excel skills. -Working knowledge of IT Platform, equipment, and applications: Windows/MS Office/Internet configuration. -Business knowledge and commercial awareness. -Previous experience in reporting or programming. Personal abilities: -High capacity of analysis -Very good communication skills -Good organizational capacity -Ability to implement and manage change -Part of these requirements can be substituted by experience/knowledge achieved and the ability shown within the company in case of internal promotions. Desirable -General awareness of Business Intelligence trends -Basic knowledge of programming (VBA, HTML, PHP) -Basic knowledge of SQL (MySQL, ORACLE) -Business or IT degree -Previous work experience in contact center environment
