Requisitos: - IT Education desired - High level of English (mandatory) - Excellent communication skills and telephone manner - Ability to follow procedures and mindful of attention to detail - Able to make progress with minimal supervision - Ability to work consistently in a dynamic and sometimes high pressure environment - Networking experience: HTTP, FTP, common protocols - CRM (Sales Force) - Experience working with XML and Relational Databases - Experience troubleshooting network conectivity Desirable: - Microsoft Windows Server technologies - - Third language such as French, German - Experience of working in a service desk, helpdesk IT environment - Good PC/Peripheral hardware skills
