Requisitos: Requirements: Education ·High School degree (minimum) ·IT Technical training or degree is a plus Experience Target ·Helpdesk or Service Desk Experience will be a plus ·Hardware and software technical knowledge will be a plus ·Experience in dealing with customers Knowledge/Skills/Abilities ·French Native Speaker (mandatory) ·Good English Knowledge both spoken and written ·Passionate about IT and Technologies.
