En dependencia del Manager del Departamento de Soporte/supervisión, tu misión cómo Agente de B2B, será acompañar a nuestros clientes B2B (Restaurantes) durante la gestión de sus necesidades.
Para ello, realizarás las siguientes funciones:
-Gestionarás incidencias vía telefónica y correo electrónico.
-Darás soporte técnico sobre nuestro software de reservas y resolverás de incidencias relacionadas con el.
-Llevarás a cabo los cambios de contenido necesarios en la Web.
