: Our client is a leader in online booking of restaurants in Spain which enables to reserve tables quickly and easily in over 6,000 restaurants, and the opportunity to benefit from more than 1,100 exclusive promotions.
With over 12 million bookings managed in countries like Spain, France, and Switzerland our client offers their clients the possibility to find a restaurant based on the type of cuisine, ambiance, location, and price and make a reservation online via the web or mobile applications, with real time availability at all restaurants.
As Account Manager You will be:
-reporting to the Department Manager,
-your mission will be to provide 360 º advice to our clients in France and Switzerland, in order to enhance their business and maximize the use of our tools.
To do this, you will perform the following functions:
-manage a portfolio of approximately 400 clients, advising them to optimize their monthly results: developing promotions plans (yield management) marketing and positioning.
-you will collaborate with our operations & marketing department for the implementation of these tasks.
-you will be responsible for the renewal of promotions, so you must have great empathy and analytical skills in order to provide optimal advice.
Required skills and profile:
-We are looking for professionals with a minimum of two years experience performing tasks in B2B customer loyalty
-Experience in Internet environment and/or leisure-restoration will be positively valued.
-It is essential to have a native level of French as you will be in direct contact with our French and Swiss customers.
-The ideal candidate must be persevering with strong analytical and communication skills.
-It will be a plus to have marketed software oriented B2B customers.( Experience in marketing of software oriented to B2B customers would be an added value.)
