Requisitos: - A Bachelor's degree minimum (MBA a plus). - Minimum of 3 years experience as retail or commercial real estate agent. - Leasing experience preferred. - High level of persistence and tenacity until target is achieved. - An entrepreneurial and driven approach to new business. - Excellent interpersonal, communication and negotiation skills. - Out-of-the-box thinking. - Excellent level of English, written and oral (It will be tested). Additional languages are an advantage. - Proficient in MS Office. - Excellent Organisational skills and attention to detail. - Strong ability to quickly resolve problems. - Residence in Barcelona province is a must. - Availability to travel less of 10% of your time.
