Requisitos: · Degree in Information Technology, Finance or other relevant qualification · Minimum from 1 to 3 years of relevant work experience · To be fluent in English (written and spoken) and Spanish. Another global language will be an advantage · Flexibility to work in shifts covering a 24 x 7 timeframe · Occasional travel might be required in the supported regions (US, Europe, Asia) for onsite support during closing periods or as part of new service transition. ? Be dynamic, motivated and able to adapt to a changing environment ? To be willing to gain new skills and experiences, but also share knowledge ? To be able to write and maintain documentation ? Excellent written and verbal communication skills ? Strong knowledge in MS office products: Excel, Word, PowerPoint ? To have excellent analytical skills for incident resolution and reporting ? To identify potential improvements across all areas ? Be able to work independently ? To develop and maintain effective working relation
