: Novartis

: Responsible for the development, implementation and execution of operational plans that optimize sales, market share and revenue growth for a set of brands during the next 6 months.

Your responsibilities will be

Lead new device launch by creating an operational plan to optimize the switch of the device.

Develop strong relationship with KOLs and Payors to ensure a successful launch.

Leads cross-functional efforts through the Brand Team with Access, Pricing and Sales / Marketing associates to ensure strong commitment and coordination in the launch.

Liase with Global / Regional teams to align launch strategy and share global and local initiatives and best practices.

Develop sales forecast and ensures key tracking measures are in place.

Prioritize appropriate targeting, positioning and messaging across all customer segments.

Lead new presentation brand launch by creating and implementing the action plan.

Collaborate with Co-Marketer to align launch in both company and Co-Marketer.

Manages brand finance and budgets, including appropriate management of brand resources.

Prepare business case for a deal with a Copromotion with other company

Minimum requirements Bachelor?s degree in Life Sciences is a plus.

2 years? operational marketing experience with focus on extensive product/brand management including customer facing/sales experience. Results-oriented and customer focused.

Ability to collaborate effectively with various groups and commitment to teamwork.

Analytical and strategic thinking skills.

Excellent communication, influencing and negotiation skills.

Fluency in Spanish and English (oral and written).

Experience in public tender and price negotiations is a plus.
