Requisitos: As a Business Analyst your skills and qualifications will ideally include: -Bachelor`s degree in Business discipline or equivalent in a related field (Industrial Engineering - Organization and Processes) -Relevant experience in Projects related to Operational Transformation. -5 to 8 years of experience in Process Management as Process Engineer OR 5 years as Team Manager or Senior Project Manager in Consulting (processes, IT or Business) or experience in managing Back office centers for Financial Institutions. -5 years` experience in BPO (Business Process Outsourcing) -Spanish and English fluent both written and oral. -Expert user in Microsoft office Suite. -Process design. -BPO. -Financial Operations Knowledge. -Used to work with concepts like: SLA, KPI, Dashboard (Scorecard) -Change Management, Communication
