Requisitos: The ideal candidate needs to: - Have a native level of German - Have at least an intermediate level of Spanish - Be a natural sales talent, able to close a professional, business-to-business, sale over the phone (we are not targeting private households!) - Present very good self-motivation abilities - Be an excellent team player - Have a positive attitude - Have intermediate to advanced software skills - Be able to identify the prospects' particular situation and solve, derive implicit and explicit needs and induce buying intention - Present at least 1 year of relevant experience in Telesales or, at least, in Telemarketing or Customer Support - Understand how our customers' are organized in order to identify the right contact person - Having a university degree and/or speaking more than one of the relevant target market languages is a plus.
