Requisitos: -Actuarial Degree -Between 3 - 5 years insurance Experience (Insurances companies, Employee benefits ) -Extensive knowledge of the industry -Corporate Market knowledge/ experience -Helpful technical knowledge about : Pensions commitments regulation, tax, laboral law, financial, and investments knowledge -Knowledge of the governance requirements that come with the role -High level of Spanish and English -Results Oriented -Proactive attitude -Influencing and communication skills -Able to build relationships at all levels, from top down -Negotiation skills -Committed and entusiastic team player
