Requisitos: -Required: B.A. / B.S. / B.E. / B. Tech / Technical Diploma in a related field or the equivalent work experience.-Preferred: Ross University (DML or IAF) education. Required: Must be fluent in French, Spanish and English. Required: 2+ years' work experience with exposure to business practices and software usage. Preferred: Previous experience supporting an ERP product, system administrator, .NET,support or (DBA) Database Administrator. Expected: -Identify issues and determine correct course of action. -Determine when issues need to be escalated. -Set severity levels with customers. -Manage assigned projects effectively. -Work effectively with assigned junior personnel. -Make recommendations for improvement in support policies and procedures. -Carry out software and document enhancements.
