Requisitos: - Bachelors or Master Degree in Law or Business - At least 5 years` practical experience, 2-3 years` of which will be relevant experience - Native French and fluent in English Contract Knowledge and Technical Skills: - Demonstrates solid legal knowledge and ability to apply that knowledge - Solid commercial acumen, including ability to structure complex transactions - Excellent drafting skills including drafting of non-standard agreement terms and conditions - Works independently Negotiation Skills: - Knows at least basic theory and principles of negotiation. - Capable of adapting to different styles and tactics of negotiation - Act as leader in deal negotiation teams - Demonstrates ability to anticipate and plan for issues and contingencies - Able to maintain a good working relationship People skills: - Excellent communication and teamwork skills - Flexibility, innovation - Quality orientation - Focused on customer satisfaction - Receptive to change
