Requisitos: ·Organisation skills ·Good communication skills (international context) ·Capacity to work in multi-cultural teams and in a "virtual" mode ·Team spirit. Ability to work in teams. Animation of working groups. ·Execution minded . English high level ·The NoE CCC Community Support trainee will be working closely to the NoE CCC Community Manager and NoE team members on activities such as: -Day to day animation of the Community (composed of Super-Champions) -Monthly Call preparation and attendance -Monthly Adoption Dashboard preparation, communication and follow-up -Conduct surveys targeting community members for continuous improvement (publish results and actions) -Proactivity in proposing specific topics and best practice to increase visibility of local actions to the rest of the community -Creative force in increasing the Collaboration level between the countries of the Community
