Requisitos: - Experience working as a Service Manager (in the call center industry) supervising inbound services at least 3 years. - Excellent writing and oral communication skills are required, both in Spanish and English. - Good command of Microsoft tools. - Organized, proactive person with solid analytical skills. - Great leadership skills (to handle large equipment) and customer relationship.
