Requisitos: -Speaks intermediate or higher level English -Has previous customer service experience -Has experience in leading a team, training staff and setting targets -Can work well in a team but also be independently successful -Meet sales targets and KPI's (examples welcome) -Has worked in fast paced environments -Can give instructions, carrying out duties precisely -Time management, prioritization of tasks and ensure you have sound decision making skills -Based in Barcelona or surrounds -Be customer focused -Lead by example and be a role model to your team Our people are at the heart of our success.
