Requisitos: The following skills will help you to do an excellent job: -Easy grip on understanding the flow of data, data bases and data analysis. -Ease at dealing with systems in general. -Understanding of the payroll functions within a company. -Awareness of roles and responsibilities for effective issue resolution. -Outsourced vendor management. -Delegation and sharing with the rest of the team -Flexible towards changes -Friendly attitude Qualifications: -Payroll Knowledge, or in default either accounting, controlling or HR IT experience -Microsoft Excel -Data Analysis -Country knowledge, including tax and social security understanding -German + Fluent English + ideally some other European language
