Requisitos: - Strong analytical and financial expertise - Outstanding knowledge and steering capabilities of relevant KPIs (e.g. Revenue and Profitability) - In depth knowledge of steering and implementing Resource Management topics (Total Workforce Management, Nearshore, Offshore, etc. ) - Dependencies to various financial systems to provide accurate and details financial information - Results Driven and "Can do" mentality - confident, thrives on hard work and consistent challenge, and is quick on his/her feet. Monitors quantitative progress measures and acts quickly on deviations from plan. - Excellent presentation skills, being able to summarize and visualize information clearly, precisely and well structured for the corresponding target group - Fluent in English is a must, German is appreciated - University degree (Law / Economics or equivalent relevant experience) - Flexibility, willingness to trave.
