We are hiring one controller senior to join our Spanish team based in Castelldefels. Reporting to the Finance Director, the successful candidate will be responsible for:
- Performing the daily accounting function including posting of accounting entries
- Managing bank transactions including collections and payments
- Performing bank reconciliations and posting revenue, impairment and cost journals
- Verifying invoices, recording accruals and prepayments and performing other tasks for the implementation of the monthly and annual closes.
- Assisting with the implementation and maintenance of internal control systems in conjunction with the other people in the department
- Reviewing and reconciling all accounts
- Maintaining the books for VAT and tax reporting requirements
- Assisting with the preparation of the annual financial statements, as required
- Performing other administrative tasks pertaining to the role
