: Reporting to the Sales Manager Consumer & Craftsmen Ibérica we are looking for a Key Account Manager DIY focus on mass market.



As part of the selling process we need:

* Improvement of the relationship with the customers

* Establish and maintain global coordination

* Increase the market share in his area of responsibility

* Achieving all related targets defined by the management

* Gathering market information, its trends, products, competitors and the organisation, as well as to streamline this information to the related responsible in the organization

* Managing networking at customer level

* Use company CRM system to record all expected and appropriate information relating to customers

* Define an action plan to achieve targets and implement it



- Finished technical study (Economics or Management)

- Mass market knowledge

- Able to establish and maintain global coordination

- Good communication skills. Fosters TeamWork and team collaboration.

- Self Motivated

- Good level of Analytic and communication skills

- Project management abilities

- Spanish, Catalan and English is mandatory

- International Mobility (mid/long term)

- Experience: 7-10 years in the sector (KAM)

- SAP

- Sector / food/ DIY

- Travelling 60% time
