Requisitos: Languages -Native level of French -High level of English Requirements: -Profound knowledge of Windows. -Knowledge of Macintosh OS. -Ideally good knowledge in applications such as MS Office, image editing tools and preferably CAD software. -Profound knowledge of hardware components -Very good understanding of technical issues. -Experience in hardware support, preferentially by phone or mail -Experience in troubleshooting guidelines -Team player. -Willingness to learn and apply new technologies -Strong analytical skills with demonstrated problem solving ability desired -Ability to operate in high pressure situations -Very strong ability in communication
