Requisitos: Knowledge & Key Skills -Native Spanish and good level of English. -Solid Service Desk experience at a senior level -Operational / business management experience -Excellent financial management and P& L management skills -Strong people management skills ¿ interpersonal skills, appraisal -skills, interviewing skills -Ability to work alone, under pressure and to deadlines -Ability to implement and manage change -Excellent communication skills at all levels -Strong Influencing and negotiation skills -Excellent decision making/problem solving skills -Demonstrable management experience within outsourced service delivery environment Desirable -Service management qualification is desirable - ITIL preferred -Educated to degree level or above -Business knowledge and commercial awareness
