Requisitos: In return you will bring: - Motivated self-starter who provides excellent customer service. - Hardware and software troubleshooting, peripheral deployment and diagnostics, active Directory. - MS Exchange/Outlook 2007/2010/2013 troubleshooting, Anti-Virus technologies, Spyware removal and prevention. - Supported large scale infrastructures (500+ desktop/Laptops/Servers), warranty repair and RMA coordination. - Video Conferencing - Cisco/Tandberg it?s a plus. - The ability to prioritize work, work well independently and work well with others in a team environment; ability to document procedures. - Lifting is a consistent requirement of this job.
