Requisitos: We are looking for a person with the following qualifications, experience and skills: Qualifications - A native level of Finnish and/or Intermediate level English is required. Any other European language is a plus. -Bachelor Degree in Business Administration, Economy or similar Experience - Experience working in the Nordic market is preferred together with an international background - Experience in customer service is needed; any experience in credit collections is very positively valued. Skills -Strong Microsoft office skills, -Advanced Excel skills are highly appreciated; - Ability to deal with occasional stress and take on additional responsibilities. - Good teamwork skills and number oriented. Soft skills -Excellent communications skills; -Customer orientated spirit, strong negotiator; -Open-minded, flexible and pro-active; -Highly numerate and detail-orientated. -Positive energy
