Requisitos: ? Proven experience leading PHP SW engineering teams including Lead Engineers. ? Native English or very high level (Advanced). ? Must have expertise in wider web development technologies and various languages. ? Evidence of leadership in providing solutions to complex problems that exceed and surpass expectations. ? Experience of contributing and influencing change at division level. ? Practical knowledge in AGILE development methodologies. ? Highly organized and motivated person with a strong drive to improve. ? Ideally at least 7 years recent relevant work experience (working with programming languages, including PHP, in a professional development company). ? Internet expert and passionate. ? People management skills.
