Requisitos: - At least 3 years of experience in full lifecycle recruiting, preferably in internet industries/technical profiles. - Have a strong understanding of the complete recruiting function, including: research, sourcing, networking, behavior-based interviewing and closing. - Internet-based recruiting tools and search techniques are required. - Excellent time management skills and ability to work within a team. - Excellent writing and oral communication skills are required, both in Spanish and English. - Demonstrated ability to recruit for a broad/deep range of positions , as well as a good understanding of the European recruitment market. - Strong initiative and solid analytical skills. - Must have the ability to quickly learn systems, processes, and procedures.
