Requisitos: Degree in protocol, social sciences, communications, journalism, public relations, business, advertising or related field, or equivalent experience in an institutional environment. Minimum five years in public relations, advertising marketing or related field. Extensive knowledge of host government political, social, economic, cultural, and commercial leadership. A comprehensive knowledge of Spanish protocol guidelines, general etiquette, social usage and customs or issues affecting offices and individuals with which post has contact, is required. Fluency in English, Spanish and Catalan, both written and spoken. Strong, verbal, written, presentation and communication skills. Initiative, discretion and the ability to work independently. Exceptional interpersonal skills, tact, sensitivity and maturity.
