Requisitos: Requirements -Native level of French -Fluent English -Profound knowledge of Windows OS -Knowledge of Macintosh OS -Good knowledge of applications such as MS Office, image editing tools and/or other relevant applicants -Basic knowledge of network principles and structure -Profound knowledge of hardware components -Very good understanding of technical issues -Experience in hardware support, preferentially by phone or E-mail -Preferentially strong technical background or technical formation -Experience in troubleshooting guidelines -Preferentially sales background or experience in an up sales environment -Strong sales focus Personal skills -Team player -Willingness to learn and apply new technologies -Strong analytical skills with demonstrated problem solving ability desired -Ability to operate in high pressure situations -Excellent comprehension skills in English, preferably excellent oral and written skills
