Requisitos: QUALIFICATIONS/EXPERIENCE: As a member of Treasury and Investment Systems, it is imperative ? To be fluent in English & Spanish (written and spoken) ? Another language such as German would be an advantage ? Ideally have ITIL v3 Foundation certification ? To have excellent analytical skills for incident resolution and reporting ? To develop and maintain effective working relationships in virtual teams ? To manage the daily work and tasks in a structured and efficient manner ? To work in customer-oriented manner ? To be willing to gain new skills and experiences, but also share knowledge ? Have the ability to talk to people with different IT know-how - from TRIS, Suppliers and customers ? To identify potential improvements across all areas ? Be able to work independently without a lot of hand-holding and guidance ? Can follow policies, procedures and processes ? Able to write and maintain documentation.
