Requisitos: Requirements: - University Degree - Experience in managing finance programs of HR and R&D projects form the Framework Program of the European Commission and nationals. - Fluent English. - Availability to travel. - Team worker Be evaluated: - Knowledge about the Spanish and European system of Science and Technology and the different R&D programs (Framework Program, national plan, etc.) - Experience in a position that is supposed to work under general guidelines with objectives, which required a strong component of initiative. - Good writing skills in English to prepare reports. - Knowledge of software applications (office, especially Excel) The candidate should be organized, diplomatic, persistent, proactive, sociable and ability to work autonomously or in a team, as the situation demands.
