Requisitos: Requirements We are looking for a person with the following qualifications, experience and skills: Qualifications -Computer science degree or equivalent will be a plus Experience -At least 5 years of previous experience in managing cross functional teams in pan-European multi customer environment. -Experience in Service Now. -Office Suite knowledge in general. Skills -Has a deep knowledge of ITIL processes and previous experience in defining and implementing processes across multiple teams -Must be able to speak write fluent in English. -ITIL V3 Intermediate Good knowledge of how to handle Internet based applications. -Good knowledge of MS Office products (Excel, Word, Outlook). Soft Skills -Excellent analytical skills. -Committed to providing quality service results, ready to make a positive difference. -Ability to take decisions quickly and efficiently. -Team Spirit.
