Analyze with the Sap Domain Expert the solution Customize the solution in SAP If need, analyse the solution for an ABAP programmer Test the soltion and forward it to the user Support users: Incidents and Assessment with a KPI compliance Give a solution to incidents/assessments respecting the priority Close the incidents/assessments in time to accomplish the KPI Learn and support new projects implementations after the HyperCare Assist to training done by Solution & Delivery team Support new implementations Collaborate, if need, with Solution & Delivery department Collaborate with AS teams: Solution & Delivery, Partner Relationship and Collaborative Applications Colllaborate with Running team in Support or CHRs Spanish and English is a must. French is recommended SAP Deployment experience is important (ABAP, Debugging?) Support tasks experience is important
