Requisitos: - Native or equivalent knowledge of English both spoken and written - University degree in computer science or telecommunications or equivalent level - A total of 6 years of IT experience of which at least 3 in a leading pre-sales position, preferably at coordination level - Outstanding creative, analytical and writing skills - Expert in pre-sales work for complex technical proposals - Ideally experience in public sector contracting - Ideally experience in international tendering processes - Knowledge of sales and marketing and proven experience in working together with sales people for the technical part of very customized sales proposals - Knowledge in software development lifecycles and requirements gathering
