Requisitos: Education: -Bachelor's degree in Labour Relations, Labour Sciences or Psychology. -Master's degree in RRHH or similar and specific courses a plus. -Knowledge management in the development of people, organization and management for staffing, training and career planning staff. Experience: At least three years' experience as responsible in the human resources area, preferably in a scientific or research organization, developing and executing plans for development of personnel and for talent retention, managing staff and motivating the interaction between stakeholders. Skills Specifications -Good level of language, both written and verbal: English, Spanish and Catalan -Outgoing personality, able to motivate staff and positive Thinking skills -User level of Microsoft Office -Database experience -Leadership skills and diplomacy Candidates must submit: -Presentation letter (including salary expectations) -Curriculum vitae
