Requisitos: QUALIFICATIONS/EXPERIENCE: ? Minimum of 3 years experience in IT project management roles in international environments, in project with high technology complexity, coordinating multidisciplinary teams ? Experience must encompass project delivery and technology roles in financial services or related industries. ? Must have leadership experience providing services for multiple business units. KNOWLEDGE: Needs strong knowledge of IT project delivery, quality management, and development methodologies (ZPMF). ECM technical knowledge is highly valuated. TECHNICAL SKILLS: ? Stakeholder influencing and business case development ? Critical, innovative thinking with advanced presentation skills ? International management skills and global thinking ? ZPMF methodology. ? English speaking required, German speaking valuated
