Requisitos: We are looking for a person with the following qualifications and skills: Experience -Proven track record in multi-channel, multi-lingual and multi-location Contact Centre management at a Senior level. -Experience in leading a team. Skills -Strong analytical ability -Established leadership skills and collaborative working style -Strong commercial acumen and effective decision making that will deliver business goals -Excellent communication skills and ability to motivate team to achieve stretching targets -Excellent English will be required. Soft Skills - Flexible and adaptable to meet the changing needs of the business and ability to support the team through periods of change - Demonstrate a passion for the business and a hunger to succeed. - Have a commitment to service excellence - Have a can do attitude and a desire to deliver above and beyond Other -Availability for travelling
