Requisitos: - 5+ years of practical in-house visual design experience for online services, including having worked on a transactional website. - Experience in Lean UX and Agile or Scrum environments - A portfolio that clearly demonstrates ability to conceptualize and create digital designs - Ability to balance the needs of the business and design constraints. - Solid analytical skills, sound business judgment. - Proven strategist with solid project management skills and success managing objectives from inception/completion, on time and on-budget. - Strong communications skills; verbal, written and visual. - Passion for creating awesome design and not looking for power, position or titles. - B.A. or B.F.A. in Graphic Design or related discipline.
