Requisitos: Excellent Level of French, German and English. -IT degrees are essential. -Experience in Customer Service by telephone. -Experience in helpdesk or Technical support. Skills: -Advanced IT skills. IT interest is a must. -Excellent trouble shooting skills. -Excellent communication skills. -Availability to do on call duties (out of the office hours once every six weeks). -Flexibility regarding work schedule.
