Requisitos: - Fluency in French, English and Spanish is essential. - Any other European language on a fluent level is a plus - Customer orientated: ability to deliver outstanding customer service and drive overall customer satisfaction - Excellent influencing and communication skills with VIP customers. - Results oriented and good team player - At least 2 years customer service, call centre or hotel experience, ideally within an international environment. - Previous experience of the travel or luxury industry is also an advantage. - Proactive and positive approach towards problem solving. - Must be resilient and handle change well. - Educated to degree level. - Flexibility to work rotating shifts between 9am and 9pm and two weekends each month.
