: The Computer Science Department is offering a developer vacancy in Grid computing and clusters group within the framework of the European project ASCETIC, to perform the following functions:
? Development of the necessary extensions to the COMPSS programming model and in its runtime to suit the needs of the project, especially in energy efficiency
? Development of the extensions necessary for the runtime programming model as the previous design
? Development of test applications that validate previous developments
? Preparation and implementation of the project
Requirements:
? Computer Science or similar.
Be evaluated:
? Experience in programming models and distributed execution environments
? Previous experience in distributed systems (including Web Services)
? Knowledge of programming in C and Java
? High level of English
