Qualifications -Perfect knowledge of French -Fluent in English Experience -Previous experience with or interest in IT (training will be provided) -Experience in customer service is a plus Soft Skills -Communication skills -Team player -Motivated to learn -Dynamism, good presentation, and motivation -Customer oriented person Other: - Availability to work in Rotating shifts is highly appreciated.
