: This exciting and high potential opportunity is for Emerging Market Measurement Solution (EMMS) Division Marketing Manager position, which is under Chemical Analysis Group of Agilent Technologies. This division marketing manager is responsible for global marketing program and activities, and driving business growth initiatives. This high potential leadership position will lead the marketing team and drive division global growth strategy. The growth focus includes driving new business opportunities - new markets, applications and technologies. This includes product marketing, NPI activities, channel and distribution optimization and development, and acceleration of EMMS business growth.
PRINCIPAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
1. Product Strategy: Conducts market needs analysis and product positioning. Performs competitive analysis and strategy. Establishes channel/distribution strategy.
2. Product Management: Develops product promotion and pricing strategy on a worldwide basis. Develops quarterly based order forecasts and performs order trend analysis.
3. Market Development: Assesses market potential and trend, and analyzes customer needs and industry needs. Performs market research and develops pricing strategy. Develops and implements a marketing plan.
4. Sales Development Support: Organizes key customer visits, develops sales tools and training materials. Develops applications to support customer needs and trains sales engineers.
5.Product Support: Develops product support programs, influences product design for serviceability
5.Marcom: Organizes trade shows, completes annual product advertising plans and executes develops promotional literature and public relations activities.
Qualifications:
1. Proven leadership skills in driving division marketing program, initiatives, and business growth in a global basis.
2. Strong business sense with results driven and proactive initiator for business growing opportunities with passion.
