You have successfully completed vocational training and/or college. Experience in a Customer Service Center, preferably in the area of healthcare, would be helpful, however not mandatory. Excellent communication skills on native level are required in French. You need to have a good level of English as well to meet the requirements. High level in Italian and Portuguese will be valued.
