Requisitos: Qualifications: Excellent Level of German and English. IT degrees are a big plus Experience in Customer Service by telephone. Experience in helpdesk or Technical support is a plus. Advanced IT skills is a plus, IT interest is a must. Excellent trouble shooting skills. Excellent Communication skills. Availability to be on call, out of the office hours once every six weeks. Flexibility regarding work schedule.
