Requisitos: Essential skills and experience ? Bachelor's degree in a scientific or a technical discipline (psychology, nursing, physician, biology, sociology, computer science or engineering). ? Minimum 3-5 years of relevant industry experience: - Minimum 2 years directly managing clinical trials of any type; - Desired experience with clinical trials (any phase from I to IV) and multiple therapeutic areas desired; - Minimum 1 year experience in CNS indications and with neuropsychological testing scales. ? Ability to multi-task, being highly organized and methodical, with attention to detail. ? People skills and demonstrated ability to work in international and local teams. ? Demonstrated ability to work independently and to be proactive. ? High level of computer literacy and excellent communication skills (written and oral) in English. ? Prior supervisory experience preferred. ? Excellent understanding of the principles of project management. PMP certification a plus, but not requir
