Requisitos: - Able to demonstrate a high level of capability from a 2-3 level perspective in at least one of the main product groups (IP Data, VOIP, Voice Network). - Fluent in English. - Languages: Spanish, French, German, Italian, Dutch, Native or Negotation will be a plus. - Good knowledge of how to handle Internet based applications. - Good knowledge of MS Office products (Excel, Word, Outlook). - Availability to work in shifts. - Able to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines. - Demonstrate a flexible approach, and an ability to operate effectively, when faced with uncertainty and change; be able to function effectively in a highly complex matrix organisation. - Strong negotiation skills/customer facing skills.
